Incrementum Digital is an Amazon-first performance agency founded by Liran Hirschkorn. Liran began selling on Amazon in 2014, built and scaled several million-dollar consumer brands and launched Incrementum Digital in 2019 after selling one of those brands, bringing the perspective of an actual brand operator to client strategy. The agency is led by Liran Hirschkorn (Founder & CEO), Brian Dao (COO & Partner), and Mansour Norouzi (Director of Ads & Partner). Together, the leadership team oversees Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Amazon DSP, Walmart Marketplace advertising, and TikTok Shop campaigns for consumer brands looking to scale profitably across marketplaces.Incrementum Digital holds Amazon Ads Advanced Partner, Walmart Connect Partner, and TikTok Shop Partner credentials. The agency uses Optari (formerly DataOwl), a proprietary analytics platform, to track blended profitability metrics including TACoS — the metric that reflects true advertising efficiency across organic and paid performance.Fully remote and globally distributed, Incrementum Digital serves CPG, grocery, pet, beauty, and direct-to-consumer brands seeking a performance partner with operator-level accountability.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!
They sign you up to them via other means through social media posts and deduct money from your bank account without you knowing about it.
They operate through a company
Based in Malta.
They are a bunch of thieves and all the previous reviews are Dubious and doubtful of their genuineness.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

Hi Brian, I think you are leaving a review for the wrong company. We don’t have any clients with your name and don’t operate out of Malta. There are a couple other companies with the same name as ours, and perhaps you meant to leave a review for them. Thank you,

Don't fall into the marketing trap!
Before I talk about my experience, I wanted to share that I have never planned to write a negative review about this company. I was really unhappy with their service, and instead of writing a bad review on this site, I reached out to the founder letting him know about my experience. I detailed the reasons that made me terminate our contract and I was expecting a reply from him, but guess what? Nothing.
As someone stated in a review, this company invests a lot in marketing. The founder is a well-known guy in the Amazon space. You see him everywhere in all events.
I decided to hire them to do the following:
- Scale my current products
- Launch new ones
They failed at both. Their goal is to spend as much as possible. They don't care about bid optimization. The more they spend, the more money they make. They don't care if their bids keep your business profitable or not.
There is no proper keyword research. Here are some of the shocking facts:
- Product launch: a campaign is not spending for 3-5 days? No problem. No one will adjust the bids or see what is the problem. Any Amazon seller knows how important it is to launch properly.
- Keyword research: No proper keyword research, especially at the "negative" level. I've seen some campaigns where they put their company name(Incrementum) as a negative keyword!!!!!!!!!!
- They promised they would try all kind of PPC campaign but Sponsored brands was never even tried.
- Aggressive bidding: Why would you bid $5-7 when you can appear on the first spots for $2-3? Most of the campaigns were draining quickly resulting in high ACOS and poor Return on Ad Spend.
- They were bidding aggressively on keywords where we were ranked in the top 3(plus Amazon choice on some of them). It resulted in most of our sales being generated through PPC where we could do it for free. Our profit declined by around 60-70% on most of the products.
- They plug you into Perpetua software and leave like this. Don't expect them to do keyword research for you or whatever.
There were some good things about them:
- Weekly reporting
- Weekly calls
But... Useless!
Finally, I wanted to say that I am not blaming the people managing the accounts. But I believe they are overwhelmed. The guy managing my account was honestly a good person. But I believe he didn't have time to do his work properly.

Hi Omar, I wanted to address your review. You are right that you emailed me. Unfortunately, when I read this review and went to check my email, I saw that your email was in my spam inbox. This is the reason I didn't respond when you sent it, because I didn't see it. I did however email you. I also explained in my email why you saw Incrementum as a keyword - which is because when we launch certain campaigns using software we often need to add in 1 keyword just for them to take within amazon's API, and we will use our brand name, just as a place holder to get a campaign launched. We do limit the accounts our team manages so that they do have enough time to spend on each account. I emailed you so we can discuss this further and looking fwd to your response and speaking with you. Thank you, Liran

Don't believe the hype
In my opinion, the best way to think of Incrementum Digital is basically, a company that knows how to market itself and its founder, that sells less than OK PPC services that is run by people that are nice yet inexperienced and overworked.
They really put themselves out there. The founder is always pumping very useful info and news all over social media. Getting on all the hottest podcasts. But the PPC (and Perpetua, the software they use) is pretty bad. I was sad to find out that there is no real carryover between their stellar marketing and the services they provide.
To make things worse, they refuse to help whatsoever on things that are very relevant & easy yet tremendously helpful, like advising KW to include in your listing. "Not my job."
The staff seem overloaded. You have to beg and beg and beg them to do anything. And by the time they answer, they have already forgotten key tenets about your brand that you had already explained five times. It seems that their goal is to plug you in to the awful software and to let it ride. After we parted ways, I audited their work. Really bad. Like REALLY bad. Tons of spend on completely irrelevant and non-converting KW. Like, were they even monitoring this? What was I paying for exactly? They also seemed to overly target easy softball KW, and not expensive harder to rank, but more rewarding KW so they can show a good ACOS each month. Speaking of which, their reports are very nicely made- gotta give them that.
However you spin it, you shouldn't consider your PPC rep to be a part of your team. My advice, would be for less than their price you can hire a full time VA to spend 40+ hours a week on your PPC. I wouldn't feel so compelled to write this review, except I constantly see the founder pushing Incrementum in the Amazon FBA social media world. A constant reminder that expectations were far far far from reality for me.

Thank you for your feedback. Since we did not find any client name the same as the name on this review, we would love it if you could reach out to us so we can address your specific situation. We do appreciate the comments that we were able to show you a good acos and nicely made reports, as you mentioned.

Just subscribe to Perpetua rather than use their Service
We signed up with Incrementum to have them run our PPC campaigns on Amazon. When we started our ACOS was roughly 50% and we new that it would rise because Incrementum had to rebuild all of our campaigns to work with the third-party PPC software that they used (Perpetua). Fast forward 6 months later and ACOS is at 59%, we were on our third account manager, and the company was getting mad at our company because we were upset that they were not doing anything other than letting Perpetua run its course. Save yourself time, headache, frustration, and money and do your PPC yourself, use a PPC software, or look anywhere but here. This is just another company looking to make money on the backs of hard working Amazon sellers. They will probably respond with, "but we did our best and gave you a $1,500 refund plus waived the 30-day cancellation fee." Yes, they did and we accepted because we had already lost enough time, money, and sales from using them and didn't want to waste more money on lawyer fees. How do you know our products just aren't bad or that we are bad at SEO and all the other things that come with the PL sector of Amazon? Within 6 weeks of switching to our new PPC Management Company who I won't disclose to keep this review up, our ACOS is down 14% and still dropping, yes from 59% to 45%, sales are up, profits are up, conversion rates are up, and Ad Spend is down. The results you will get with Incrementum Digital are the same as if you subscribed to Perpetua, set it on autopilot, and hired a VA to build monthly reports for you and then tell you about them on a zoom call. Another thing to note, our campaign structure was entirely messed up after using Incrementum Digital, beforehand they were nice, clean, and effective. By messed up I mean titles that were hard to read, campaigns with 300+ KWs, and unoptimized budgets, it was simply horrific. When we asked for corrections to be made they would fix one tiny thing and then ignore everything else.

Hi Jarod, thank you for the review. I can understand how that was your perspective of the situation. We're very happy that you have found an agency that is better suited for your needs. We wish you the best of luck.

Don’t waste your money, the worse PPC management company ever.
The most expensive service of PPC management with the worse result. All they do is put you on one of the PPC software, spend your money on ads and that is it- without even caring about the results.
I talked to Liran, the owner, when I saw he showed in FB how he keeps 7% ACOS to his customers. I didn’t have the brand registry at the time and my target was to keep 20% ACOS to maximum 30%. I accepted the fact that at the beginning the ACOS will be higher than that, but I was promised with confidence that the ACOS can be kept low. We started at August 2020, my product was on AMZ for already more than a year and was showing up in the first page for many different search terms. I was already having a very good year and up to August I sold more than my total sales of 2019, and I was too busy on my other sales channels that I assumed that taking someone to manage it with enough time, before Q4 I will just have to prepare and make sure I have enough in stock.
Long story short, I hardly heard from them. They put you on a Slack and send you once a month report that you can basically look for yourself in AMZ. When I asked one time my account manager a question regarding some other issue, he straight away said that he was told to discuss only PPC, so don’t expect anything else. They just connect your account to one of the PPC software’s and maybe check it once in 2 weeks. How do I know that? Someone took over my listing and buybox, and I was struggling with that for like 10 days. Then, suddenly the account manager wrote me in the Slack that someone is on my listing, so obviously, for at least 10 days he didn’t even check my account.
Incrementum digital sent a survey one time to check your satisfaction with the service, and I answered honestly about how I’m not satisfied with them, and no one ever bothered to contact me. Even when I tried to contact Liran directly he seems the most careless and tried to throw it all on me. For example, he jumped to say that maybe I should check my photos, at that time his company start offering Listing Image, so basically he just tried to sell me another thing without caring about the results of the PPC service I’m already paying for.
I asked again & again in those 5 month to share with me the keywords they are targeting and the search terms, and tried to give them ideas from my top ranked keywords in the other channels, and since they took over the AMZ account every time I was trying different searches in AMZ I didn’t see my product in the results at all, not even as an Ad result, and for many keywords I went down to the 2nd page. I even lost the Amazon Choice I had for one of the variations.
My product is a crazy hit seller, my sales in all my other channels are always on the rise and I had a Q4 sales more than expected, and if so AMZ should be the #1 in the sales, with Incrementum digital my AMZ sales of Q4 were not even 20% of my other channels. Also my ACOS in AMZ was more in the 70-80% which mean you lose money.
Don’t do the mistake I did, thinking that if I take the most expensive PPC service, I will get a clean head and the best result. The case is not at all! You can find someone in Fiverr for $200 maximum a month that will take care of your account and PPC and all and won’t just show off in Social Media but in reality won’t even want to hear and accept the fact that he failed big time delivering result to his customers.
My 2020 Q4 of AMZ won’t come back, and the loss is big. Don’t do my mistake and don’t put your AMZ account in Incrementum digital’s hands.
The main thing I will add to Liran's comment on this review is that I didn't get any free month and I paid the full amount until 12/17 and told them to close on Dec 22nd after they kept charging me. On top of the $750 there is a time fee of $1000 which was paid in full as well.
Again, if you have a Best Seller and a successful product all over the online, retail & wholesale and only one channel is failed, than whoever managed this account for you failed himself and all the rest is just excuse.
Incrementumdigital & Liran failed big time.

We tried our best for Inbal, we even waived her last month's fee because her results weren't great and we really worked hard to try and help her, and an on average we communicated 9-10 times a month with her on slack trying to improve her results - I also spoke to her on the phone multiple times and on facebook. We don't sell an image service, but we did suggest she improve her listings because her conversion rates were 4-5% on her products, which didn't allow us to have great results with her ads - at least not to realistically get to the 20-30% acos she was trying to achieve, and our only mistake was taking on her account to begin with. Unfortunately when conversion rates are very low, no matter how much traffic we send to the listing, it won't help. In addition we charged Inbal $750 per month, which is certainly not "the most expensive" ppc company in the space. I was very surprised to see this review, since Inbal has messaged me since March 22, 2019 asking me many questions on fb messenger which I answered her for free just to be helpful before she ever paid my company anything when becoming a client in August 2020, and is an active participant in my free fb group as well (ecommerce mindset). I hope she is able to improve her images and listing and get her conversions to at least 10% and wish her much success.
