Joe delivered a very nice blend of knowledge and experience allowing the attendees to share their own input and using these inputs to support points. Very well organised, interactive and thought-provoking. Well done guys!!

For those who are interested in further developing their agile coaching voice, Joe's classes are money well spent. In the past I have taken 2 different classes with Joe as the instructor and walked away energized and with coaching tools I could use immediately. The Agile Kata is actively being experimented with in my org and is much needed fresh air, and ENT-CAT provided me ways to look at coaching from a previously unknown angle. This is directly related to Joe and the course content he used, and his authenticity.

Great PSPO I Training by Nils! Informative, well-structured, very interesting exercises and real-life examples. Can recommend it to everyone who wants to do PSPO certification.

I would like to thank Incrementor and more specifically Nils Oud for the APS training I had! The training was very insightful, helpful as well as highly interactive which helped in understanding and being able to process information! Kudos for Nils as a trainer, great job!

Big thanks to Nils Oud for clearing the fundamentals… You are ‘Value maximizer’ for the course...

Thank you for the great PSPO training Nils Oud. Insightful and engaging — Really enjoyed it!

Thanks for the great training

I did the PSPO course with Nils and I can highly recommend him as a trainer! Nils is really nice and gave the class in a way that was both understandable and fun. We discussed real-life scenarios and worked on some interesting exercises, and Nils allowed ample time for questions and further discussion. We were also provided with enough resources for further reading in order to complete the exam. Overall, I really enjoyed the course, I learned a lot, and I feel more confident in my role as Product Owner now.
