Support is severly lacking. I had a review posted from another book for another author. It's been almost a month and the issue is yet to be resoveld. I had to get Goodreads to take it downseparatel. Original reviews came pretty quick, but basically wasted 60 creadits on a non review. Unsure if this is something I would try in the future.

Although the platform is user friendly and the concept is great, I am not happy that one of the reviews (from TL) was included as one of my 7 even though I protested her review. I requested a review as it was obvious she never read the book or even looked at the cover. The review was even posted on Amazon. I asked that that review be removed from Amazon. It is still there. I also believe I should receive a legitimate review as part of my 7 that I paid for.

Two free book reviews were submitted and posted on the Increlo site, as promised. However, only one was posted on Amazon. I will contact Increlo on the issue and will consider continuing with Increlo after reesolved.

Did get 2 nice reviews but it had zero effect on the traffic to my URL and zero effect on my sales...not sure what to do next. If I had one sale that would have meant something.
