Poor Customer Support, Broken Promises, and Unresponsive Service I purchased the Deluxe package from IncorporateFast.com to form an LLC and obtain an EIN. They promised to deliver my LLC within one business day, but it has now been seven days, and I still haven’t received it. Additionally, I realized the EIN service they offered wasn’t suitable for me since I don’t have an SSN. I immediately emailed their support team to resolve this issue but received no response. Over the next few days, I sent three more emails requesting to cancel my order and issue a refund, but there was still no reply. After three days of complete silence, they finally responded to the EIN issue. However, by then, I had already asked for a cancellation and refund, which they continue to ignore. The lack of communication, failure to deliver as promised, and overall poor customer support have made this an extremely frustrating experience. If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive service to form your LLC, I highly recommend avoiding IncorporateFast.com
