I needed assistance and called for help. I worked with Patty Sillyman who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and provided additional help by linking all our entities (24 of them) so the updated information is the same for all of them. It was a great experience. Danielle Farina is wonderful to work with. We file in many different states and Danielle is always on top of the filings and is responsive to any questions I may have.

As a small business we have neither the time nor the expertise to deal with the various issues handled for us by Incorp (annual reports, various payments, registered agent, registering in each state, etc.). While we do outsource other aspects of business support, none have been so consistently well done and timely as have those done by Incorp. We've dealt with a number of individuals at Incorp, all who have done very nice jobs for us. One that stands out is Danielle Farina.
