InchineratorReviews of inchinerator.com

Stay away from this company and their product. The item you are viewing is not the item you will receive, also you will not receive the additional promotional items they promise. They will claim that it is of the same quality but is clearly a substandard model. No where on their site does it say that the item may not be as shown or that they may substitute for a different item? Then they want to offer you a 15% refund instead of a full refund. I should have read reviews before buying from this company as they clearly have deceived many other customers before me.

i tried to cancel this order 3 times within the first 10 hours after purchase. they shipped anyway, 3 days later! their excuse was they process orders immediately. this was a lie! i am waiting for the delivery so i can ship it right back to them for a full refund.

Shipped Fed Ex , it never arrived. Won’t help us by filing a lost shipment claim. THEY have to initiate the claim and either can’t or won’t . Won’t respond after two e mails No phone # to speak with anybody if you have a problem.

Unfortunately, I am seeing these reviews after the fact!! I received my order and decided I didn't want the product. I was offered a 15% refund from the rep. Pauline. I explained to her that I received my package nearly two weeks ago and that it was well within the 60-day return limit. No other rep has returned my email since.

I have tried.4 times to get instructions on how to return a defective product before the 60-day return policy expires. They will not answer my email. They have ghosted me, however they continue to send me advertisements. Terrible way to treat a customer. Update: as of today (8 July2025) I’m still getting a major runaround from The Inchenrator Company. I’ve sent 11 request so far to return the product and get a refund ($251.05). Per their 100% money back if not completely satisfied, w/i 60-days, they offered me 20%. Yesterday I got an email requesting 5 photos and a 10-second video of the damaged product. I never said the product was damaged, only rather it was inoperative and incomplete. I highly recommend no one purchase this product based on my personal experience.

This company stole my content and used my image and IP to sell there product. Do not trust a company that has to steal other people information to sell a product. Obviously the product is shit!

They are awful. I bought a product has not opened or used it but I can not return the product. They are trying to tell me because it’s been two months my product can not be returned because it has been used. How would you know? Do you currently live with me. I just feel like they are scamming their customers.

I ordered the Inch-inerator 12/04/24 and received 01/09/25. I Had to inquire about my accessories and free gift I never received. Finally got the accessories never got the free gift, they stated they will check with the fulfilment department. After using the Inch-inerator about 10x it started to make a very very loud knocking noise and very woobly. When I picked up the Inch-inerator you can hear the screws that fell out inside. I was told to send in a short video showing the damage. I was emailed back to say that the item couldn't be replaced due to the limited warranty but they could refund 20% as a gesture of good faith.
