Don't waste your time or money on this product or their customer service. I bought their product, and it broke within 3 months. I did not use it everyday or excessively. The motor just broke and I am also about 180lbs. I let them know it had broken and what were my options, and they were like "here is 10% off" and told me they would not replace or repair it because I did not get the warranty. I never saw an option for a warranty and I asked if I could purchase the warranty and they said no. I spoke and email with several different agents. So much money, and not worth it. I was very disappointed.

Free gifts never arrived. Machine started "clunking" after a couple of months. Stopped working altogether after 3 months. Customer service refused to refund or replace. Didn't even see improvement in my circulation from using the machine.

The product didnt arrive, the tracking code I was given never worked and I had no response from the customer service. Don't buy from this company.

😡Scam Company I wish I had looked at trust pilot before I purchased, if I did I would not have bought it. I bought the machine on the 26th June 2025, it arrived at the end of August 2025, no free gifts came with it as stated on their website, I contacted Ashley who said that they had run out of the free gifts and would be sent later. At the end of August the machine stopped working, I wrote to Ashley to tell him, the message I got back was, that because I did not purchase the lifetime guarantee that there was nothing they could do, and I could not send the machine back for a replacement. I contacted the bank to stop the credit card payment, but was told that there was nothing they could do. SCAM Company do not purchase from them😡

the company compared to other compotators tried to sell us this fake advertisement about some free product like sweat belt and cream and resistance bands and some other mystery gift, don't fall for that because they actually never send it , follow up with them for 2 months and they keep saying its sent in two different shipment and rest assure that you're going to have it soon , that soon never happen , last contact with them they falsely claim that it was actually sent and Deliverd and they ask me to check around my house or ask neighbors!! also, the machine itself was not that impressive quality, little shaking but not that effective like how I seen it with other companies or how the advertise it in their commercial videos. all fake and scam and waste of time and money.

Their support email no longer works. They charged my card but never shipped! Will now have to try cc support but likely a loss!

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I ordered not only to see if it will help me tone my body but also because it came with a few free items to help me with the process. I received only the machine but nothing else. So now I’m like how can I do the full work outs if I don’t have the other items I needed? So I reached out to them for them to just tell me it’s coming from another warehouse. Ok so three weeks passed nothing still came, I then reached out and they said it’s on the way. But at that time I’m like you know what I just will send u back this machine and yall just keep what is suppose to come and refund me. They said that couldn’t refund me because it’s already shipped and on the way. Ok well I told them I still want a refund and will be sending all items back. They apologized as shipment has already gone out. Here we are a month later and still nothing. So I reached out to them again. Took them 3 days to get back to me just to tell me they will only offer a 15% refund as the shipment of my items “got lost”. 15%?! When I only got half of the order. These people are the worst! Crooks for sure. I never used the machine because I wanted to use it with the bands and such that was to come with it. Still in box. New. And they are waiting for the 60 day money back window to close just to tell me 15%? Never again and if I was anyone who may consider buying from them…..DON’T!

Crooks, just 100% crooks. I ordered based on their 60 money back guarantee. I decided to cancel my order the same day I ordered it. Sent email and they said it was too late, it was already in process. Their money back guarantee states product can't be opened, which it isn't. I received it and sent another email. They said I can't return it. I think because they claim it was on sale and you can't return a sale item. Total crooks. I will fight the charge.
