Ordered clothing, never arrived and I'm out money, they don't answer or choose ignore e-mails. Rip-Off..Avoid at all cost.. NEVER AGAIN!

Gift certificates expire in a few months which is illegal in WV and many states. They take your money for these, so it’s not a coupon. The businesses do not get the money, and most of them are scams and the certificates are not honored. This company refuses to negotiate or refund money.

Asheville Deals was locally owned and when they were their customer support was great. Sometime during Covid, they were bought by IncentRev. They went downhill quickly after that. On Jan 10, 2022, I purchased a Sam’s Club membership for $20.00. I was emailed a certificate that contained a link that was to take me to the Sam’s Club membership page. My discount was to be deducted automatically. However, the web page wanted me to pay full price. There is no phone number listed for IncentRev so I called Sam’s Club. Their agent recommended that I go to the local store to see if they could activate my discount membership. At the store, the people were very helpful and tried to get it to work but couldn’t. I came home and Emailed IncentRev, the next day I got an answer with a different link that worked. The problem is IncentRev likely knew they had a problem; I did not try to activate it for over 2 weeks after I purchased it. Why did IncentRev not notify me earlier, I could not be the first person to have this problem. I spent much of my time and it could have been avoided.

If i could give zero stars I would, ordered a certificate for discounted stay at hotel in Indian Rocks Florida, this also includes attending a 2hr time share presentation. Ordered on 2/8/22, said 7-10 days to receive. It is now 3/22/22. Received 4 can messages so far, last one said 15-20 business days.Guess what is been 29 business days thus far. DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME DEALING WITH THIS BULLCRAP SHAME ON ME. NEVER AGAIN

Is 3 months not long enough to get an order. $113 and I get nothing. I send emails and get that it's the Holidays. Sorry Holidays are OVER. I cannot get a live person and no one will provide a phone number. I want my money back!

This is ridiculous! I ordered on 11/12/2022 and still waiting. I still get messages saying it's the Holiday and they are running behind in responding. No, Holidays are over. It is not 2/14/2022, three months later and I cannot get a response. Buyers beware!

These people suck. I have never been able to sign in to even try to use their certificate. When I write to them, they get back to me with a message that requires me to sign in to see the message!

It’s Jan 14 and I am still waiting for my deal to arrive l ordered on Nov 4. I contacted Incentrev in Dec and was told to be patient. My patience has run out. I need a refund or a valid certificate. Order number 807807224002019.
