Ordered $60 worth of Jersey Mike's certificates for $30. They arrived timely but are in $15 increments. The problem is they can't be used online, and in person, if your order is less than $15 then you just lose the extra amount! If your sandwich is $11, then you lose $4!

I made a purchase for Knoebels tickets 1/2 off deal. I made the purchase on May 23. It is listed on-line that passes will be mailed in 7-10 days, does not say business days. Plenty of time for them to arrive for our vacation. As time got closer, I made contact, only to be told, after 4 weeks, would they look into it. We left for vacation on the 10th, which apparently is the day they were mailed and received on the 12th. A little disappointed that now we had to buy tickets again, and at full price.

I ordered BOGO tickets for Knoebel's on May 23, and the money was IMMEDIATELY taken out of my account. However, they never came until June 12 or 13. I needed them for June 11 when I was leaving for the weekend to go to the park on June 12. So I had to pay full price for more tickets the day we went to the park.

Business closed. Customer service told me it would be 10-12 weeks for my refund check to arrive which is crazy. It’s been over 12 weeks and still no refund. No response to my inquiries.

Twice nowi have purchased offers only to be out money because the business closed right after I received them. It's like the businesses are on the verge and they must be aware. N9w im out 50 bucks. ill never do business again

My certificates arrived as promised. 3 months later, the business permanently closed. I contacted them as their website states after verifying the closure I would receive a refund. I was told to write “void and the date” on the certificate & send a picture to them. I did that and have contacted them 3 times asking for the status of the refund. No reply to my requests. I will never purchase anything from them and will tell everyone not to & will post on social media my experience.

When ordering a half off voucher to a local restaurant, I never received the voucher but they sure didi get their money. I tried on several occasions to rectify this and it never did get resolved but they would send email asking on how their service was. I will never order from them again. I only gave one star to move forward with this review otherwise I would give zero star! A very unhappy customer

Assured me I would receive a full refund for tickets that were never received. The email that contained the credit info was never received and they’ve closed my Support Ticket. They don’t respond to emails, and don’t have a phone number. Scammed for $165.00
