I didn't like that it took so long to get here. Didn't know that it would be coming from Germany. Also I believe that I ordered 3 of them but only received 1. Am I getting the other 2?

I did not realize I was being charged in $U.S. I would not have made the purchase if I had known.

I didn’t realize that it was coming from another country so I wondered why it took so long to get it.

i made a mistake ordering (5) tubes instead of (2) which I originally intended. I requested a refund for the difference in price, but was denied. Also, took too long for delivery, some 3 weeks.

I did not realize this would be produced out of the country, obviously I mis understood the advertisement. I thought it was being produced by a starving artist type craftsman.

I’m happy with ordering an item and receiving. What I’m not happy about is how long it takes to get an item. It also seems that several items I order goes through the same service and get confused about what item you are referring to.
