I'd give a half-point lower review if I could. They sold my local branch after about 2 years of owning it. I didn't get a notice. They only sent notices to people that had opened an account in that branch. They didn't bother to do a simple search for customers that get paychecks deposited there / have a local address / bank at that branch regularly. So I go to make a deposit to cover some anticipated transactions, but the new owner bank has no record of me, as I didn't automatically get "bought" and have an account that rolled over. Middle of the work week and busy life, so I have to wait until the next day to drive 180 miles round trip to the closest Inbank branch. Meanwhile I get overdrawn and incur several hundred in fees. Inbank waived theirs, but wouldn't do a thing about the late fees for some of my auto eft's that bounced. I asked the manager to make it right to no avail. They literally left town with my account with no notification, and couldn't be bothered to do the right thing. Additionally, I couldn't get my paycheck electronically deposited to my new bank (I didn't go with the former Inbank branch) in time because I found out Inbank hosed me so late in the month, and had to have my new bank (God bless them) cover my mortgage and many first-of-month transactions until I could execute my quickest option of DRIVING 400 MILES round trip to my company's HQ office to get a paper check. Nice tellers, but don't make the mistake of thinking management nor ownership are loyal to customers or have your back when your chips are down.
