I ordered a pair of shorts, paid about $35 for them. I finally received the shorts, but they were the worst fit. I asked to return them and was offered a $3 compensation, I could keep the pants, or I could send them back to China at my own expense. I refused, they are now offering $7, lol. They have a LA based address that I said I will return them to and expect a full refund. Do. ot order from them, they are not a reputable company.

I really like the product and the communication regarding arrival. Only thing I'd change is the amount of time between order and arrival.

I ordered bath bombs for my grandchildren Easter baskets on March 22nd. I have never received anything but excuses along the line of "please kindly wait." 3months later there is no means of getting a refund, no items ever delivered and I am trying to work with my credit card for reimbursement. This is nothing but a total scam. Please don't get taken by this fraudulent "so called business."

Please don't purchase from this company. First package didn't arrive and customer service started out excellent and responded immediately saying another package was on the way and provided new shipping information. The new tracking number actually started with shipping information from 2 weeks prior to the email exchange so that was suspicious. Fast forward another 3 weeks and the second package has not arrived. Customer Service has not responded to 3 emails asking for a refund.

The products are extremely cheap crap! Do Not Waste your money. I paid $36 for shorts & they offered me $3 compensation to just keep them & not return due to shipping costs. Do Not Purvhase from them!!!

Ordered my bath foam for my granddaughter in March still haven't gotten it. It's now May 6th and still not here. From now on I'm just ordering from places I know.

I ordered two pairs of shorts after seeing them advertise on Facebook I received shipping updates from tracking dashhub.com which apparently is not a real thing. The tracking said it was coming from Sweden after six weeks I received no tracking updates nor did I receive the shorts. I sent a message to inaugural customer service and didn’t hear anything so now I’m trying to figure out how I paid for these so I can try to get my money back, but this is a total scam.

This simple order took forever to arrive (over 6 weeks) and the two blouses I ordered are NOT at all as they appeared in the picture. Cheap material and the cut on the blouses is completely different from what I ordered. The ONLY positive is that every few days I received an email that the order was "in transit" so I knew it was still coming. Will never order anything from them again.
