What truly defines a great company is how they handle those mistakes and what they do to make things right. And let me tell you, Dannielle and Inshape has absolutely delivered! Dannielle has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. Unfortunately when I opened my package from In Shape I noticed the beginning of a run in the fabric. I was really disappointed so I contacted their customer service. I told them after numerous washings the run could become significant. I was willing to settle for a 50% refund on that item. Dannielle responded with an apology and an offer to send me a new shirt free of charge and keep the defective one. Naturally I accepted, they sent me the new one. I love how I look when wearing them. They have a satisfied customer that can now wear tight fitting shirts.

I ordered my 5 shirts from them and I ordered them too small for my size, I reached out to them to get them exchanged, had a great turn around response from one of their customer rep, her name is Dannielle, very helpful and also considerate in getting back to me in a timely manner, knowledgable and was able to solve my issue, quality products will definitely be ordering more from them.. 5 ⭐️ recommended.

If their product is anything like the customer service,I can’t wait to receive my first order! Let me explain, I placed my order and when I received my confirmation I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service via email and in less than 24 hours I received a response from Danielle, telling me she could try and intercept and make the change. The product fit great but I decided I did not want tanks and instead wanted undershirts. I reached out to support and Dannielle got back to me immediately with an amazing resolution - keep the tanks and they gave me store credit for the entire tank purchase so I could go buy the undershirts. Dannielle was extra thorough and quick to respond - you don't get that too often these days.
