We’re sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating that situation can be. However, based on your description (report downloads with recurring subscription charges), this does not align with the services we provide at Impulse. We are a prop firm and broker focused on traders, and we do not offer reports under that model or operate with that type of recurring billing. There may be some confusion with another platform or service. That said, if you believe this could be related to us in any way, we’d be happy to help you review it further. Our support team is available to assist you and clarify any concerns 🤝 https://impulseworld.pro/

We understand that you’ve had a negative perception, but it’s important to clarify a few points. Impulse is not a “pay-to-work” scheme. We are a company that provides prop firm and broker services for traders, where users access evaluations and accounts under clearly defined conditions available from the start. At no point are costs hidden or requested outside of what is openly stated in our products. All pricing, rules, and conditions are transparently available before any user makes a decision. Regarding the rest of your comments, we prefer to keep communication respectful. Our focus is on delivering a solid service with clear and verifiable processes. If you’d like accurate information about how the platform works, we’re available to provide it in a clear and direct way https://impulseworld.pro/

Thank you for sharing your experience — we completely understand why that situation raised concerns. That said, what you described (chat assistant job ads requiring payment for training) is not related to the services we provide at Impulse. We are a prop firm and broker focused on traders, and we do not operate under that type of model or hiring process. There may be some confusion with another platform or external advertisement. However, if you ever have questions about how our services actually work, we’d be happy to guide you with clear and accurate information.
