This site is a rip off dont wasre your money worst gambling casino bad service I deposited money expecting a 60 free spin bonus recieved no bonus they didnt even think I had made a deposit i had to prove that and show them proof whats that saying

This casino is a rip off...I made a neosurf deposit and it showed it went through..sent them all the info it did..but imperial says it didn't.. asked them who ABCinteractive(Serviceabcinteractivenv) is and they flat out denied they didn't know...its the owner of the casino..so now im out my deposit and imperial wins sucks ass completely..

I put in 50 this morning and didn't get a bonus so I went and asked for some help and no one was there to help me and when there was someone all I got was 10 free spins what a joke 😡😡😡😡😡

I've been trying to upload my documents for verification of my withdrawal...can anyone help??

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Had a horrible experience. This company stole money from me. I Attenpted to withdraw funds, had the withdrawal denied and the funds confiscated. When asked what happened they claimed I made bets over the limit. This a total lie. I read the terms and services about betting with a bonus as I’ve played online casinos before and am aware there’s a betting limit. I did not exceed the limit and they still stole my money. They’re thieves.

Had a withdrawal done on October 7th.still nothing they jus muck me around.bank told me they can trace transaction.but imperial winz telling me it's been transferred.will never use site again.have withdrawn from different casinos online never had this problem.no good.i honestly say stay away from them.theres better sites out there

All reviews are bots never play with imperial rather play sunbet.. U will never win once.

All i can say is am very pleased with the outcome and wish that you could process the withdrawal payments more effectively but i loved the service I received
