As an 'averse' user of FB & LinkedIn with no Twitter or Instagram experience, this course was a great overview of several social media outlets and also provided details of how to use each platform. Good information about how to plan and implement social media campaigns was also included.

I was looking for some training to improve my knowledge and understanding of social media, as well as to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in this area. Imparture's course was suggested by a colleague. I use social media daily in my role and am familiar with the principles. Therefore I was after a high standard of teaching beyond the basics. Jennifer was friendly and warm and the atmosphere on the course was good. She is very clued up and has years of experience, and was able to handle all questions well. I felt we covered an awful lot – though not too much! Even in those areas and on those techniques I already had a good knowledge of, her approach made me consider things in a new light. I felt things were explained clearly, and Jennifer made herself available for one-to-one during breaks and even after the course. Communication with Imparture was good before and after the course. Practical instruction about the venue and timings was good. I inquired about dietary requirements beforehand and received a prompt, helpful response. Afterwards, slides were emailed promptly which was useful. The venue was clean and modern, with good facilities (basic things like power were well-catered for). The food was nice and there was plenty in the way of refreshments. etc.venues staff were helpful. Overall, the course was just what I was looking for, with plenty to think about throughout. I feel equipped to deliver on what I have learned and doing the course has brought value to my organisation.

The whole set up was very professional and well run. Everybody involved seemed very knowledgable and enthusiastic to help.
