Impact Digitizing does INCREDIBLE work. I sent them a NAVY themed baseball cap design with tons of details for a retired and disabled Navy veteran we know. The quality and attention to detail was Spot On! When I embroidered it and gave it to him, it literally brought tears to his eyes. Impact does such great work and it is appreciated!

I cannot say enough great things about and especially Samy and his team. Ever since making the switch to them about a year ago, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. They are always up for any challenge we throw at them and consistently deliver ON TIME — every single time. If I ever have a question or need something adjusted, Samy responds immediately. That level of communication and reliability is hard to find in this industry. Samy and his team truly go above and beyond to ensure my customers are happy with the final product, and it shows in the quality of their work. They are absolute experts at their craft whether it’s standard embroidery, 3D puff, small detailed text, difficult placements, vector art, or patches. No matter the project, they always find a way to make it happen and make it look great. Ever since making the switch to Impact Digitizing, I honestly will never go to anyone else. Highly recommend Samy and the entire Impact Digitizing team!
