I joined impact back in April, I knew I wanted to take my business online but really wasn't sure how to do that. With Impact I have been guided step by step, firstly to become really clear on what it is I offer and then how to create online material which is received by my audience. I have been lucky to work closely with some of the team members with their GROW website which has really helped me to understand what modelling a reel is all about. I still have a long way to go but I am still excited about the journey.

This is exactly the coaching programme that I needed to finally take the step to take my yoga teaching online. You get very helpful step by step guides, recorded material and resources blended with personal live coaching. So far in the programme, I see results I didn't imagine before, just by following their strategy. The coaches are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars today is that I haven't finished the programme yet. Great experience!

I’ve been a member of Impact Academy for two months, and so far, I’ve learned a lot about content creation and growing my audience. One of the things I’ve found particularly helpful is how they work with you to refine your business mission and clarify your niche. The feedback I’ve received has been consistently helpful, and the coaching sessions have been valuable depending on where you are in the process. The staff, including Andy, clearly know the business and have been supportive throughout my experience. There’s a lot of information and guidance available, and I’ve already gained a much better understanding of what it takes to build and grow an audience. The biggest thing I would emphasize is that it does take time. When I initially signed up for Impact Academy, I think I had an expectation that things would happen faster. Looking back, that may have been more about my own expectations than anything the Academy promised. Building a business and an audience is a process, and I’m realizing that it takes consistency, patience, and time. Overall, my experience after two months has been positive, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and see where the process takes me.

I’m just two months in so lots more learning to come but what I’ve done so far is so valuable to learn about going online other than just my small zoom groups who are mainly students I know from my studio. Now time to step it up and get my teaching out to more as I truly believe it’s worth it. I love that there is community connection to share and ask. I love that there are live sessions with very good teachers rather than it all being just info to work with oneself. It helps keep it real seeing people’s challenges and successes. It’s good to know you can seek help. The process not only helps one be able to learn how to be more successful online but allows you to learn a lot about yourself as well. It is a lot of work but most probably manage time wise better than me as I lack many of the general technical skills that younger people have on starting! However I’m so happy to have the course to make sure I learn it, do it and become more confident and, more speedy at it. We are encouraged to be authentic and keeping it real is important to me. I’m motivated to keep going and excited with the potential.

I’ve had a positive experience with Impact Academy in some important ways. The program gives structure, motivation, and practical guidance, especially around content, offers, messaging, and staying in action. It helped me move forward with projects I had been postponing and take my business promotion more seriously. What I appreciate is that the team is supportive, the materials are well organised, and the program can definitely help create momentum. If someone needs accountability and a clear framework, there is real value there. At the same time, I think it is important to say that the experience felt much less personalised than the marketing may suggest. A big part of the messaging around the program highlights strong income results and case studies, which creates the impression of deeper strategic guidance tailored to each business. In my experience, the support was more general, and much of the work still depended on my own ability to figure out the right questions, adapt the strategy to my niche, and keep producing content consistently. So while the academy offers useful structure and encouragement, it did not feel like highly personalised business coaching. For me, the value came more from the framework and accountability than from direct strategic clarity for my specific niche and offer. The marketing strongly emphasises income growth, but in my experience the path to actual revenue felt much longer, more self-directed, and less direct than expected. I would still recommend it to yoga teachers and wellness professionals who want structure, accountability, and marketing direction, but I think it helps to come in with realistic expectations about how much of the refinement and strategy work you will still need to do yourself.
