Vacuum was just what I needed. Like other reviews, I find that it works great on hardwood and is still effective on carpet but not 100%. Perfect for grabbing to clean up a mess quickly. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable, effective, cordless vacuum.

No free shipping. After having my order shipped to the wrong address I tried twice to get a mailing label to redirect it. After 2 trying twice I gave up. Today I paid UPS 25.63 to get my order to the correct address. Customer service was very nice but did nothing.

Dear Barbara, we knew that we sent you a pre-paid shipping label yesterday to ship your product to the right address. Is the lable not working? We would happy to refund you the shipping cost that you paid as your order has a free shipping. Could you accept? We're sorry for all the trouble caused. We will always help our customers to solve the problem.

Nice little vacuum. I purchased this specifically for under the bed use only. Very difficult to move beds around as you get older. I did both of the bedrooms and seemed to work nicely. Now I can do this job monthly instead of "whenever". Just hope it last a long time.

I purchased cordless vacuum K-17. I love the product. It is light and powerful enough for my hardwood floor. The product showed up without any shipment notification.
