SCAM! They send you a lifetime license then they force you to renew their very expensive support subscription (They asked me over 450 USD per year for my part). In case you don't renew, the software becomes unusable. Do not install imonitorsoft.com

Beware this program works very poorly, no keystroke registered only little squares, the screeshots are every 10 min not seconds, live monitor does not work. It's completely useless. It's a ripoff and I didn't get my money back

Over the course of a week I have tried to install on a Mac. With customer service I finally got to a URL where it would install. The screen viewer worked for 5 minutes. Then locked up. Now I can't login.

After testing 7 different software, I found only one which gave a decent monitoring of web based email attachments. Other features were very common to each, few variations of small importance. EAM Professional Edition (iMonitor) has come on top, it has a trigger system to start taking screenshots should any email be sent with attachments, keystrokes would not indicate this but the screenshots would show the action being taken. This was given to be as an essential item. This trigger system can be used to start snapshots on other events as well.

Be very careful of this site and software, Their software can transmit keystrokes such and passwords and bank login details to third party servers including their own. If you use your email address during the trial, you cannot unsubscribe. I have tried 6 times but the spam still keeps coming despite having received a message to say my unsubscribe was successful.. I did try their product for about 30 minutes until I discovered it has a lot of similarities to virus/malware.and received a lot of warnings from anti virus software.
