WHAT WENT WRONG IS THAT THIS "SUPER SUPPLEMENT" IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAM/SCAM! The B12 alone...PURPORTED TO BE PRESENT AT 12000% over the RDA...DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY ON "GOOD OLE ELMER'S SNAKE OIL"...AND PERHAPS SAVE YOURSELF FROM A POTENTIALLY SERIOUS "HEALTH EVENT"!!!

Why can't I get a refund for an opened bottle since I needed to try it first! I had dull to sharp pain on my right eyelid and forehead after taking it for 1 day. I took it a second time and have since quit taking it an drank lots of water to flush it out of my system. That worked since the pain went away. I should get my money back for that reason! They won't even answer me! Guess I'm probably out $72.00. What a hard lesson! I had wondered why I don't see their commercials anymore! Probably not selling well because of all of the complaints!

I purchased 2 bottles, even though they encouraged me to get the better deal with more bottles. Glad I only bought 2, as after taking thesupplements for a few days my husband no linger wanted to take 5 capsules a day - too many! Called the company and was informed that only one bottle on the first order was eligible to be retuned. Returned the one bottle. Also their website was down, so could not look up their return policy or anything else.

Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for 3+ years with no problem..my last purchase, I called and was given a price, I ordered 3 bottles. The order arrived in 3 days. The problem... my cc was charged on the same day for an additional amount, note, these vitamins are expensive. I called and explained that my cc was charged 2xs. With no resolve I asked for a manager. The manager "Rocky" listen and stated he would get back to me. That was 4 days ago and still no phone call....still waiting. I guess my next step to go to my cc co and request help with the duplicate charge. Sorry to say, I will no longer do business with this company. P. Lavigne. Update: A wk later they called me back. After saying basically that I was a liar, they did acknowledge that there was a computer glitch with their new system and that I would be getting a credit for the lesser amount. That is not the original price quoted. Now its a matter of "principle" and this company does not stand up for their errors. I have now issued a dispute with my cc company for the amount quoted with the original sale. This is not the way to treat your customers. P. Lavigne..... Follow up: Again calling me a liar!!!! I decided| to give it a try. Not because Elmer is 92 and still kicking. ( btw he looked shaky on that forklift ). I tried it because of the 70 minerals. I know the importance of minerals. I took the product for 2 years. Mostly because my wife liked it. I think it’s a placebo effect with her. Anyway I have been put on a no sell list because of their book keeping issues. I’ve had a few subscriptions in my time and in that time if my credit card number was expired or stolen and I forgot to change the payment info I was notified before they sent more product. I had moved a few months ago and my card number was compromised. I forgot to change the info on the website and didn’t even think about it during the move. I got a letter Shelly in the shipping department I opened it when I got to it a few weeks later after it was forwarded from previous address. When I opened it I called because I noticed we were running low. I was told that I was scamming them because they had sent out some product without checking the old credit card info. So they were charged back. again I did not know this until I opened the letter. I immediately went on the site and changed the card info and address info. I was told by Shelly Woodward, the gestapo, that Mr H no longer wanted to do business with me. He aid I was dishonest. I am an honest person and all of my bills are paid on time. As I said if there is a payment I have forgotten and I am notified by email I pay it right away. I think that Mr H should take stock of his honesty, have you looked at the fine print in the money back guarantee. It is only for unopened product ( so he can resell them) and only for 60 days. If you noticed they have stopped touting the money back guarantee. And third party testing. Information regarding third-party testing for Immuno 150 is conflicting. While the manufacturer claims the supplement undergoes third-party lab testing, independent evaluations from sources like Standard of Care state that the manufacturer offers no clinical backing or third-party testing to prove absorption or immune-boosting claims. So in my opinion Immuno 150 is another internet and Mr H backed SCAM.

My wife used this product for a while and decided it was doing nothing of value. I called to cancel an autoship on the day they notified me of such. It was in pending status but I was told, "it's done" even though it wouldn't ship for 3 more days. I asked to simply stop the shipment and return my money and the telephone rep said, "Oh boy. I can see it's going to be one of those days." Right on the phone while talking to me! She said she would try to cancel it but no promises. When I tried to say thank you, she had already hung up on me. Horrible example of how customer service should be.

Very poor experience attempting to deal with this company! Suspicious personnel attempting to learn the exact number of my account ! If the person answering were actually requesting account numbers (that they should have known) were proper, a real RED FLAG was presented that dissuaded my continuing to deal with them, CROOKED? YES, I THINK SO!!!
