Very helpful and totally informative…
Very helpful and totally informative site, the support person is also of top knowledge and is very much aware of customer needs and requirements. I was looking for some herbal supplements and products for my post-cancer recovery, and after finding this site and reading their book about jiaogulan and the miraculous recovery of their patients - I was convinced to try it out.

Dear Timothy, greetings! It deeply saddens me to hear that your expectations of our Jiaogulan Tea were not met. As you many be aware, Jiaogulan herb has numerous medicinal properties and just like most of the things that are healthy and good for you - it does not taste great to some people (while others find it very appealing and tasty). When you are brewing yout tea, you can add some sweetener like organic honey or brown sugar, some of our customers who did not enjoy the raw taste of Jiaogulan found that being a viable solution. If you are still unsatisfied with the result, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work out a solution that is acceptable for you. After all, customer satisfaction is our first and upmost priority. Wishing you a great day Sincerely Sergey

Best quality Jiaogulan products in the US.
After searching all over the world wide web for credible and trustworthy Jiaogulan suppliers, I came across this company. At first I was skeptical, but after my trial order - I realised that I hit jackpot. The product is of very good quality, standardized and consistent from batch to batch. The customer care representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been ordering Jiaogulan Capsules from them for the past 3 years and I absolutely love the result. I am still yet to try JIaogulan Tea, I have placed an order, awaiting for delivery.

Dear Michelle, thank you very much for posting a review, I am very grateful for your time. However, I think there is a misunderstanding, we do not have any product that has fabric. We supply Jiaogulan herbal tea and capsules. Please update your review.
