Another order, another P.
So, the person who calls himself "Carl Smithson" (the generic sounding name was a HUGE red flag) has a heavy Indian accent and the call to the 312 area code sounded like it was connected to an oversees number. NONE of this aligns with the Chicago address of his Scandinavian sounding name. I would STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them! Sounds like a scam!

Well what a nightmare, I have replied emails to these guys on 3 occasions to "Jared" with yes great send me a quote, each time he just ignores me, so, they cannot even respond to a sales enquiry, and they are certainly NOT in the UK!!! Bullet dodged there I think!

Do not be fooled by their website thinking they are based in the UK. We ordered from them thinking that the printing and boxes were being done in the UK. It was only after receiving phone calls and emails from FedEx stating that they are holding parcels for us due to issues at customs with them. After so many messages we are still being told that this situation will be sorted and we will receive our order however we have still not heard anything and so if nothing is received by the end of the week we will be contacting our bank and also trading standards. This review will be amended if the good are received in good order.
