Was not able to get my phone unlocked and apparently the service that i needed was not available. Said that my phone was not paid off, so they could not unlock, however, why would I need their service if my phone was paid off? They said they have processed a refund, if it comes through then I will change this to a neutral review but still was a waste of my time and they were only responsive when they needed to contact me, not the other way around.

I have sent too many mails to your mail I'd .but there is no reply. These people are unable to unlock my device and telling me to wait for premium service. I don't know when it will come . And they dint refund my amount . Since months I am waiting for their reply .. really it's too embarrassing
