It is a scam. I’m surprised how these companies continue to exist. I also purchased iCloud unlock. Haven’t heard from them since. No customer service and the reviews on the site is a hoax as no new reviews can be submitted as you will never see it once it’s negative. I would really appreciate my refund. They are a scam big scam. I paid for an IMEI/SIM unlock service, but the service has not been delivered. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method for non-delivery of the service. If the service is not delivered or the refund is not processed, I will dispute the transaction with my payment provider as services not received.

I purchased the “iCloud Unlock Service” for iPhone (order #710749 dated March 9, 2026), paying $33.95 for an IMEI-based unlock. After the payment, my order was simply marked as “processing” with no real result. No unlock was completed, no clear communication about timing or outcome, and customer support is practically non-existent. I provided all the required information (including IMEI), but the service was never delivered and I did not receive any refund. I feel completely scammed. I strongly advise against this service: they promise an unlock that never happens and keep your money without proper support. Very bad experience.
