Misled unlocking time by about 4 days and cost by about £33 (get you involved then half way through tell you there is another cost and no way to get out of it). No one to talk to and only 1 e-mail reply to say their policy is "no refunds". Unlocked eventually but very clever in roping you in and definitely not delivering what they initially promise. Will definitely take the time to go to the mobile shop next time, slightly cheaper and done in 2 hours. Use this company at your peril....and cost...and frustrating time

Imeipros.com is slow service. 1-10 minute service translates to 1 day turnaround. Avoid at all cost.

I kept trying to contact this company but I only receive an auto reply, always an auto reply. No explanation no answer. What a waste of money

I paid to unlock an iPhone 5s. 4 days later I was told that it was blocked and I had to pay an additional fee. This additional service was advertised as £29 but there was additional hidden fee of £10. The unblocking service had a delivery timeframe of 12-24 hours. It is now two weeks since the additional payment of £39 was paid and the phone is still locked. Upon communication over 5 times with the company, their automated response "this service has been extended because it does not work on weekends. Please allow another 12-24 hours". Two weekends and 11 working days later and I am still left waiting. Do not use this service

I'm very DISAPPOINTED in your service. After 5 long days of waiting for an unlock from AT&T for my iPhone 4, I finally received an email from you saying my order cannot go through unless I pay another £29 because my IMEI is BLOCKED, despite the fact that it shows up as clean on several IMEI checking websites. How can my iPhone be blocked when it was BRAND NEW? I refuse to pay another £29 for a second unlock service for a phone that wasn't blocked to begin with. I would have liked to request a refund for my £12 but imeiunlockpro said they cannot do that. If you won't give me refund, at least unlock the phone like you said you would. I will not recommend this service in the future.

I purchased their "express" service on 12/28/14 where they promised to unlock my AT&T iPHONE 5 within 24-48 hours. On day 3, I emailed them asking about the status of my phone and refunding my payment if they could not unlock my phone. It's day 4 now, I have not heard a peep from these guys. Just to update - as of 01/12/15, this company has not unlocked my phone. This company is a highly suspicious and would not trust them again. What a complete waste of my time and money!

I submitted the order to unlock an AT&T iPhone on 12/5/2014. It was not unlocked after a full week and IMEIUnlockPro told me it was blocked and asked me to upgrade to their Premium EXPRESS service for another $49 GBP. They promised to get it unlocked within 12-24 hrs. However, again it was not unlocked after ONE FULL WEEK! I requested a refund and they kept asking for more time to unlock it. I submitted a dispute through PayPal and they denied the refund since PayPal does not provide protection for intangible merchandise (such as services). They really should honor the refund since they did not deliver any service and my phone is still locked. After THREE WEEKS I had to dispute through my credit card and wait for the results. I can only say they are FRAUD and will waste your time and money. They don't even deserve 0 star.

"I don't know what is wrong this this service, but they took my money, and thats it. No respond to 6 emails. Order status is ON-HOLD for 6 weeks now. Does anyone know how to get a refund?
