Great and patient customer service. Had a hard time getting in touch with tech support, or so I thought. Found out it was all due to an error on my side. The whole time they were patient and finally took care of my issue. Only recommendation will be to get a dedicated customer service phone number. Everything else has been good so far.

IM Creator is a great fit for our student organization's website. The interface is a bit buggy at times, but the outward facing website looks great. An additional plus is the automatic compatibility for mobile devices/viewing, especially when so many of our users browse the web on their phones. There are many beautiful templates to choose from, with extensive customization (including the use of custom HTML).

The editing process isn't exempt from hiccups and a few bugs and unease were met, but its overall a seriously good and intuitive builder. Where the low are few, the highs are significant and way more felt through the whole experience. The fact that they truly support creators is admirable and I highly recommend their services as a simple yet complete (a lot of options, and a lot of template...) website constructor.

I love this way of creating websites, and that they are generous with giving artists , students and charities a free licence (for one website) to connect to your own domain name. Thesupport staff are great too, very helpful. I would have given five stars except for that when I loaded up a gallery of images, it mixed them up when I published it. Discovered that if I published one row of four photos at a time was OK. Similar problem with adding slides to a slide show - needed to save and refresh the page before publishing.

Okay, this is a fair and honest review based on my experience as a new reseller to IM creator. I looked at this 12 months ago and it was $250 now it's $350 for a resellers account, (plus tax) so with the discount initially your looking at over $400 The templates are great and easy to use and they look great. Connecting the domains is easy via the DNS servers and the sites load as should, clients overall are happy. They encourage you to use zoo and google apps mail to create emails for clients, however, because you are not changing the nameservers in your account where domains are held, you can still set up and manage emails for your clients without the additional work having to go round the houses. I found this out by my hosting provider who I also have a resellers account with (fast hosts), so that saved me a headache as I cant see clients wanting spend time with 3rd parties, they want their websites and emails working smoothly. I use other platforms as well as IMCREATOR and to be honest, IM is the only one that does NOT offer SSL as standard, you have to buy these as an extra, which for me was a little surprising given you can get SSL free from other reseller platforms. In my opinion, you HAVE to have SSL, otherwise sites will appear as unsafe, this happens by default on chrome so if anyone uses chrome to use the net and your site doesn't have SSL then you do this at your own risk. I was a little disappointed with this if I'm honest. This service is an additional £200+ tax (Pounds) per YEAR for this facility but I'm assured you can have unlimited SSL for your websites, my only gripe is, I wish this was published or I was made aware of this at the time of buying the resellers account because I didn't budget for this additional expense meaning for now, my clients websites are not SSL protected. They will show ok if you just add www BUT as I say chrome automatically default websites to https:// and there lays the issue. Moving onto support: Although support do respond and 90% they guide you correctly which is great, for me, the length of time they take can be challenging, sometimes over 24hours. I don't understand why they have a chat facility on their website, because no-one is ever live, this is a general complaint throughout forums however no doubt they are busy, but for resellers like me, can be somewhat annoying, but in the end they do get back, sometimes quickly and with resolve. Maybe being Scottish I'm just impatient. Im new to this platform, having used others in the past, others that are more expensive others that are cheaper, but the designs on here look better and I look forward to what lays ahead. I will do another review in 6 months and offer my findings after having used the platform and have more experience with it but for now these are my initial findings.

Very good website builder. Easy to use. It allows even a beginner like me to create a professional looking website. The customer service team is helpful and friendly. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but they offer Student discount which is good.
