So I decided to upgrade to a premium account as it stated there was a 14 day money back guarantee and I thought this may fix my problem. After upgrading and realising it was no better I requested my refund as stated. I have not been able to contact them and get a reply since and the payment has already been taken. I don't even no whether I will be able to cancel next years payment. I may be giving them money for the rest of my life for a useless website, who knows? AVOID
