IM CreatorReviews of imcreator.com

Buggy platform

No real support that takes Less Than 4 hours to get, if then.......OK, remove that word Real............NO support when needs arise, and nothing except a BOT to ask who tell you the wrong info. No real controls over fonts, boxes, etc. They had a great idea to allow tests for my needs and site functionality, and the templates are presentable IF one could ever be in charge of the above. They also use rgb coloring, not HEX LOL

Any feature other than the most simple drag and drop is almost impossible to achieve. E commerce feature needs lots of work. It's currently unusable in a way that's friendly to the end user.

I have a lot of computer graphics experience, but I found this program awkward and counter-intuitive. I could not make it work. Totally frustrating.

what is going on .. its been months now and the imcreator webpage is not working and also my website looks funny and cant seems to get any info from any imcreator personels.

The first time its 0k .

They get 1 star because of the experience I've had with Mike Hoefer this week in a string of emails. Hosting for a domain name for a company that is no longer in business was automatically renewed. WARNING: They DO NOT send renewal reminders. Their name doesn't show up as IMCREATOR or IMXPRS on your bank statement. I contacted them to request a refund. They tried to cut me a deal for 2 other domains' hosting. They refused to answer my question about when hosting for those 2 domain names was due. I argued with Mike Hoefer mostly. Andre said he would send my request to billing, but then Mike would say that he was doing something else. WARNING: If you need to rank on Google images or Pinterest don't use them. You can't add ALT tags or descriptions to pictures in their builder. Definitely, don't use them for E-commerce. They only allow 1 product photo per listing. They only have one navigation style with the logo on the left. The builder freezes sometimes.

Scam alert. I cancelled my service with them and they continued to bill me for 2 more years. After I noticed they refused to refund both payments. Watch out.
