Great website, understanding staff
I first signed up to IM CREATOR in December 2015 and paid to register my web name and a years subscription. I only needed the website for one year. I was incredibly happy with the design options. I had no prior experience in web design and found the tools very easy to use. In December 2016 I received an email from paypal saying $129 had been charged to me for the web name registration and another years subscription. It was my oversight that I did not realise it was a rolling payment annually and my fault I did not cancel the account before I was charged. The next day I was in contact with Holly who provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in explaining tbe situation. I was surprised to talk to customer service so promptly. Within one day of sending IM CREATOR a message, Holly was able to refund my money in full and I am very appreciative of her service. I would recommend IM CREATOR not only for their great design options, but also for the way they treat their customers. If I need to design another website in the future I will definitely use IM CREATOR.
