I have assistance and use to be able to take advantage of other discounts, which helps a lot when you have a set income. Now I cannot take the extra with my assistance discount. As expense as these products are, every little bit used to help me afford it. So I am looking for other better deals.

The product seems to be possibly old and settled. Is that to be expected?

Hi Dennis, Thanks for reaching out. The product is not old, but we do experience some slight degree of separation in our tinctures due to the fact that we use vegetable glycerin as a carrier which provides faster absorption and greater bioavailability than traditional MCT oil carriers such as coconut oil used by nearly every other company. We do place instructions on each bottle “Shake well before use” which helps mitigate any slight separation. Use of vegetable glycerin also negates adding other flavorings or ingredients common in other products on the market. I hope this explanation helps, Dennis. All the best, Imbue

Unfortunately, the bottle arrived opened and the contents were spilled over the outside of the bottle. I bought this for my dad who is 93 years and suffers from geriatric anxiety. There is some left in the bottle, but he's hesitant because the label has been ruined by the CBD Oil. I previously bought this brand at his local pharmacy, but I live 1500 miles away from him. I thought buying online would be a viable option but I'm frustrated with my decision. Please help.

I had a problem with your product. im·bue™ im·bued black label 500mg/oz CBD tincture of hemp - 1 fl oz I am allergic to something in your tincture. My throat closed up and I found it difficult to breath. I thought I was going to end up in the hospital. I know my allergic reaction is not your fault but maybe a warning? I would like to know what a am allergic to. Have you had anyone else complain?

Hi Debbie, Thank you for letting us know. I'm so sorry this happened. In over 4 years of selling our tinctures, we have never heard of this kind of reaction. About 3 years ago, we did have a customer develop a skin reaction that may have been caused by an allergy to hemp. A couple of months ago we did have a customer call to discuss a possible allergic reaction, but he later called back as it was determined that it was not our product. We will be contacting you directly to see if we can get any of the product returned for further testing and arrange for a refund. Hi Donna, I noticed you ordered the lotion. I actually have nueropathy as well and I use the 10mg capsule and the salve as an inside outside approach. If you give us a call on Monday i would love to replace your lotion with a stronger salve and then chat about the capsules as an addition for your regimen. Tom
