Arrived to my door in a reasonable amount of time. So far I haven’t seen outstanding results yet but it is making somewhat of a difference for my joints and muscles. Hopefully this keeps up and gets better.

I really liked the product, but wish there were more guidance on dosage and timing. I discovered too late that it's not a morning remedy for me, so I take at night when I can be more chill. Wondering if there were a better dosage to benefit during the day when I need to be focused.

Hi Lisa, thanks for reaching out. CBD does seem to affect people differently. Some folks report feeling more energized and focused while some, like you, report a more relaxing or "chill" effect. Over time, any tiredness that may be associated with taking the product during the day does dissipate for most folks, but we do understand that this may not be a good option. One recommendation might be to use 3/4 ml in the evening and 1/4 ml in the morning. Great product. It really helps with my knees, back and hip pain. Like most others have said I put it on after I shower and a little goes a long way. I cant really describe the smell but it is not unpleasant and smells rather good in my opinion. I bought this product for pain relief on the suggestions of other reviewers. I like it and will buy it again, I just hope this lasts awhile cause 8oz for 70 bucks is a bit expensive. But I'd reccomend to anyone looking for CBD pain relief.

Thanks Emerson! The lotion “smell” comes from infused arnica flowers and essential oils of rosemary and mint. It tends to go a long way, but you also might want to consider our salves which are higher concentration, hence you use less and they tend to last longer.
