Hi Danielle: Because we use a high concentration of natural vitamin E in our face cream, it can sometimes exhibit minor levels of oxidation resulting in slight color variations. It’s a completely normal process and does not alter the efficacy in any way. What disturbs us, however, is the “half jar “comment. Likely, the jar developed an air bubble when filled and then settled in shipment. Our jars are fully filled and I apologize this happened. We are sending you a replacement jar free of charge right away. Again, our apologies, and we appreciate your business! Tom
