I like all of the products. The packaging was a little difficult to open.

TOTAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My first order was received with only '1' of ''3' items! '2' of which were missing! Then: Labeled 'Fulfilled '! It was 'NOT'! No one contacted me.. Just basically took my money! No 1800 number on web page, no customer service explanation! No Nothing! I am missing a lipstick in Scandalous and a Foundation in Clay5! I just finished Chemo and was trying to feel better. So Very Disappointed!

This was my very first time ordering from IMAN’s website, I received my order and not one of my items was in the delivery bag. I reached out with an email and not one person has made an effort to contact me. I sent out a few emails and I have yet to here from anyone. Very disappointed!

I never received my package. I reached out to Iman Cosmetics multiple times via email, with no response. After sending multiple emails, I decided to send them direct messages on Instagram and Facebook with no response. My package was ordered a month ago. Getting in touch with customer service should be a seamless process especially when I am paying for their products...

I placed in order on the 12 of September, today is the 26, I had to contact customer service to find out why the deducted payment, but did not ship my order. The response was, please send your order number for Iman to research it. If you are a business all orders should be searchable by the customers name. This is totally unacceptable when you are deducting money from customers accounts
