Terrible service. I received wrong/missing products in my order. Packing slip showed my whole order in there. When I emailed them I was told it comes from amazon and sometimes they ship in separate packages. About 2 weeks later is when I received the rest of it. No email on second shipment or anything. I had sent 2nd email to track and no one reached out. I won’t order from them again.

Placed an order on November 23rd, via Paypal. I have not received the products till today, December 10th. Email the company 3x and no phone number available to call. I just submitted a complain with PayPal for refund.

I am not really certain about re-ordering I submitted and paid for my order on 11/25/2018 and as to date have not received it. I've tracked the order and it seems that it was handed off to the US Postal service and scanned in their system on 12/01/2018. In checking the information still shows as on route. Not sure why this is happening.

I’ve always had to blend 2 foundations to match my skin, but not anymore folks! I love this foundation and for it to be full coverage it is so light weight. I was worried when I ordered because I hate heavy foundation, but this is great!

I wanted to support IMAN Cosmetics but now heck no. I placed my order since Cyber Monday and now December 4th and still nothing but received one item and the tracking number is the same as all products I purchased. I want my products or refund me my money or I’m disputing this with my credit card company. Shame on you all!
