Never received order. I cancelled through my bank. Horrible customer service. Becerra got an answer through emails either. Will never do business with Iman again.

I ordered the wrong makeup sent it back with a request for the right make up and through all of my emails I never heard back from anyone.

Order one product and receive another, There is no customer service number, was told to leave message no one call you back, so all you have is a product you did't order or want and they have you money

The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged. I sent an email, couldn't locate a phone number. As of yet , no response!, only solicitation!!☹🤔

Iman Cosmetics gets less than one star from me! I am a professional makeup artist and have been using the Iman Luxury pressed powders in my kit for YEARS. I was excited in June when I received an email from Iman cosmetics advertising a 30% off sale, so I ordered three shades because I had a makeup class coming up and wanted to share them with my students. Three weeks later I still had no products, no shipping or tracking updates, and no answers to the emails I sent to the Iman customer service. This was simply unacceptable. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my refund. When customer service FINALLY emailed me back, the response was not satisfactory AT ALL. Overall, my confidence in ordering from this website has been severely impacted and I can’t say that I would order again. It’s really disappointing to say that.

I placed an order on November 13, 2018. I was sent the wrong items and returned them to the Iman Company in New York. I checked with the US Postal Service tracking system and verified that Iman did receive my returned items. It is now December 19, 2018 and I have yet to receive replacements for the wrong items, a refund on my credit card or even adequate communication regarding the status of my situation. It seems that the Iman Company is quick to process orders but very slow in other aspects of Customer Service. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
