Seems impossible to reach customer service. Once you've been on hold for about 2 minutes, the phone automatically hangs up. I had to go through human resources before I could get a person on the phone. I'm sure you're already aware of this and have no plans to change. I will not order from your site again.

The color is orange, not remotely dark or brown and with the plastic cover's glare I had no choice but to open to see properly and now stuck with an useless product.
