There’s no customer service feedback loop. I emailed weeks ago and still have gotten no response... but you want me to fill out a survey and send me other marketing emails along with a canned response on this site. No thanks!

Customer service is non existent. Repeated emails in reference to issues with order went unanswered. No contact telephone number for information on shipping g etc. will purchase elsewhere in the future.

I ordered clay 2 it’s not clay 2, it’s darker and harder and not a smoothe consistency. I also signed up for first time order for 15% off and received nothing. Her makeup in quality has gone down since it’s strictly on line now. Disappointed and wish I never bought from her Line. Sheronda Foster

First time purchasing from their website but I've been using Iman Cosmetics since it first launched in Atlanta, GA. I am very disappointed as they provided zero customer service and never applied the promised discount.
