I can't see my balance on my Imagine card

Never Received the card even the second time. Not paying anything cause I haven't received or used it. Poor situation and unfortunately affected my credit.

I guess I have to give it one but it’s actually zero. This card is a scam it says it helps build credit when in actuality all it does is take your money. I do not use this card anymore I’m just paying it off which is next to impossible with all the interest and fees they charge. You can pay your bill one day and the next your balance gets higher and higher without even using it. Customer service does not help they read from a script. Please don’t be an idiot like me and read the fine print. I wish I never got it. Such a scam!!!!!

I never got a card and I’m still being billed. I’ve called multiple times with no resolution

Still haven’t recieved my card. Talked with someone n they were gonna send me a new card was told to send my address and by this time I had moved but even with the address change I still didn’t receive it. I emailed my new address then get told they can’t verify it’s me because it’s a different address. Now I’m suppose to make a payment on a card I don’t have

Still no card- but bill has arrived, can’t get a live Customer service person on phone

Terrible terrible

I a filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this company. I lost my job and was late by a few days with my payment and the closed by account . I requested help from the credit protection company that I paid into. I reached out to them for assistance and everytime I provided them information, they asked for more. Had they been able to assist me my payment would not have been late.
