I wouldn't put no stars if it was a option. Ive been waiting almost 3 months for my card.I have emailed called and even texted customer service & there has been no replies or anyone telling me where the hell the card is??!!! But thats not even the worst part for me this is; they send me a 125$ bill even tho I haven't received or even activated my card than I let th hem no i aint paying anything till I get my card and activate it but do you think they sent the card after that nopeeeee they didn't so you can suspend the account even if I recieved now I will not be activating or using it and if someone does its clearly not me!!! And that's fraud and I will be looking into a lawyer horrible a quarter star

Lied about limit offer, stolen fees for "card activation" of 2 cards. Over $40. Which one was not able to even use or "active" for a few weeks.

Even though I haven't my card activated and never used you charged me with $25 late fee. 😑

Horrible, can't even create an account nor access my account that they say already exists Asked for user name several times NEVER received 1 email yet !!!! Except the one to review them lmfao
