I ordered the Vietnam hat and it never arrived, very disappointed in your company

Buyer beware: no returns. Be sure to verify everything about your purchase. I ordered what was advertised as Stove caps, which fill in the gap between the stove and your countertop. They were shown to go the depth of the stove, but what I received only covers half of the depth. They are too short. When I requested to return them, they stated that returning them would be costly. Would I take $4. Then $6 I told them no please let me decide by sending me the return address. they said I got what I ordered. I have not received a return address, and they have, at this point, stopped responding.

To be honest it wasnt the cap i thoughti ordered but when my husband opened it it brought tears to his eyes. He said it has everything in it. Best error ive ever made. Great quality. Oh their tracking was amazing!! Shipping took awhile but i never felt forgotten.

Only one was received. I paid for two. Other than that, quality is good!

Purchased rifle sling which was a counterfeit item but Imaginarye used pictures and branding of another company for the advertisement of the sling. Customer service refused refund and return and offered 3 dollars on a 65 dollar item. Product is useless as it does not have the attachement hardware despite it being displayed in the fake ad.
