I am a first time buyer with Illuminating.com and am impressed with their great customer service! I ordered 2 of the silver lamps. They are sturdy and attractive! One charged up and was ready to go, while I had issues with charging the second one. I emailed customer service and included pictures for proof of my problem and they promptly sent out a replacement lamp which works great! I won’t hesitate to buy from them again!

I ordered a pair of the Gold Cordless table top lamps & I absolutely love them! Placed on my dining room table; they are elegant, bright yet soft light and are very sturdy. Love the fact they are cordless too! I emailed their customer support service with a question, they were quick to respond & extremely helpful. Looking forward to placing a future order.
