This place is amazing! The instructors are very insightful and encouraging and the atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating. Plus the instructors care about who you are as a person and are focused on helping to achieve any goals that people have

I absolutely LOVE ILKB Hyattsville, it's a great place to meet people, learn new skills and most importantly work out. Each day is a new routine, you'll never get bored. The instructors have amazing personalities and are always motivating you to keep pushing! I can guarantee you that you'll always walk out feeling good about yourself .

Can't say enough awesome things about IKLB Gonzales, LA. Class is always high energy, motivated, and a great workout. Staff are the best!

I love ILKB Aurora!! The staff is extremely encouraging and I love how energetic they are! I have been pushed beyond my limits and I love it!

Amazing!!! The best word to describe ilkb! Amazing facility, amazing classes, amazing members and amazing staff! I joined a little over 2 months ago. From the first class I was hooked!! I was very nervous to show up for my first class. The moment I walked in I was greeted immediately. One of the staff members sat with me and asked me questions about my goals and my fitness experience. He actually listened to me! He showed me around the facility and explained the class style. The staff member stayed with me throughout the entire class. He showed me how to do all the punches and kicks correctly to ensure I wouldn't get injured. After years of gyms, spin classes, running, lifting, and much more, ilkb is truly the best workout out there! I think one of my favorite things about ilkb is that the instructors take the classes too. They sweat and train right along side of you. The staff cares about each member. They know you by name and care about your goals. They provide fit tips at each class and applaud your hard work with a woohoo at the end of every workout!! I couldn't be happier! Ilkb came into my life when I as at an all time low. Coming off a foot injury that prevented me from doing exercise for over a year. The staff is so motivating and inspiring. I want to be there every day!! You'd be crazy not to give ilkb a chance!!!

What an awesome experience! Doesn't matter your fitness level, the team here makes sure you are supported and able to go at your own pace. Everyone cheers each other on and you feel the love! And on top of all of that, one of the best workouts i have ever had!

ILoveKickboxing was by far the best workout and most fun workout I've done. I was eager to sign up after my first trial class! The staff is motivating and friendly! They make sure to show you proper techniques while getting in your best workout. You don't care about the time, your having too much fun!

This is the first ever fitness class I have made it through without feeling like I was dying or about to be sick. I left feeling amazing and empowered vs the normal defeated and embarrassed. I'm actually looking forward to going back. Everyone was incredibly encouraging and spent one on one time with everyone who needed/wanted it. Everything was super clean and they had everything you could need on hand.
