Went to my first class last night and loved it! Ended up signing up on the spot. Staff are so energetic, friendly, and welcoming. You will definitely sweat so bring a towel with you. Cant wait to go to my next class!

Saugus location!! Let me Just start off by saying that I am OBSESSED with this place! Hands down best workout ive ever had in my life! Im addicted to it, its my second home! Cant imagine not going everyday! The instructors are absolutely amazing, their energy and motivation are second to none! If you have been thinking about it DO IT! You won't be sorry! Shout out to Bonnie and Midori,, ya'll the real MVPS!!

When I started IloveKickboxing, I feel like it was the best investment ever. With me having "Tendentious" in both knees and I thought my knees were going to get worse, but actually, they've gotten better. Ilovekickiboxing staff has "Modified" workouts that are as effective as the ones, that others with good knees can do as well. When I started Kickboxing, the first month I lost 7 lbs in 1 month and that's when I knew I made the right decision. The staff in Columbus, GA are great, we're family and I wouldn't trade them for nothing. Joining ILKB has been one of the most rewarding decisions i have ever made. I love how the classes are fresh , The Instructors along with class mates are willing to provide such amazing support and the workout is killer. I love this place!!!

My experience has been amazing. The staff is awsome. I look forward to working out now. As strange as it seems my asthma has even gotten better. I try to make as many classes as possible. I attend the park slope location in brooklyn. I have been there a month already and im sooo impressed. Love it.

I can NOT say enough good things about ILKB! The instructors are amazing motivators and never make you feel like you aren't good enough or you don't belong no matter you fitness level. The workout is really hard, but the results are QUICK! I signed up because I've always struggled with my weight and I managed to lose 13 lbs in the first 2 weeks without even changing how I was eating! I signed up 6/28/17 and so far I've lost 45 lbs and it just keeps melting off! Honestly the weight loss isn't even the best part, it's how much stronger and more confident I feel. ILKB has made a HUGE difference in my life, and I know a lot of people won't believe me because I wouldn't have believed it before I tried it either. So come in and check it out, there are always cheap groupons to get you started!

I love this place! Its very clean and the staff is great they make you feel like family as soon as you walk into the door. I have been going since June and I have so much more energy, I consider this my "ME" time I think its a perfect opportunity for moms to get a break.. If you consider burning 1000 an hour a break. :)
