This is a totally new experience for me! I have been going to classes for two weeks now and I actually WANT and NEED to come back! The staff has been very helpful and encouraging, and the other members are just as supportive! If you are looking for something new to spice up your routine this is definitely it!

I have been a member since April at ILKB Fitchburg MA and I have to say that I cannot be any happier that I decided to join the ILKB team. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I don't feel judged, if I do something incorrectly they're right there to show the correct way and they are very motivating and caring. I now have a fitness studio that I actually am excited to go to rather than a gym that is boring and uncomfortable. Thank you!

After a lovely dinner at outback in the Randolph plaza me and my friend were leaving and we happen to notice I love kickboxing right next-door at first it was just something that we were going to do for month just to get in shape for my birthday and I swore up-and-down that I was only going to take two classes per week and that I wasn’t going to get a membership but After my first class with Heather it was the most amazing experience ever, I take classes every day, and then shutters encourage you so much and I don’t think that I could ever sign up for a gym membership ever again
