iLoveKickboxing is one of the best decisions my mom and I have made. Between the amazing people we have met to the awesome workouts the whole experience has been wonderful. Definitely would recommend this place to someone looking for a fun workout!

The high energy staff and banging atmosphere of the studio engage and motivate you from the beginning of your workout to the end. I have found it is a place of no judgement and this makes it comfortable. The staff are motivating and encourage you to strive towards your personal goals! I have been looking for that perfect fitness needs. I have tried everything from personal trainers to a small fitness and by far meet my inspiration. I started to loose faith until I stumbled ILKB website which completely change my life. Only if I knew ILKB was so much fun, rewarding and the staff was an absolute amazing, should have done it long time ago.  For that I have a better and healthy lifestyle. I started taking classes in September and I’m addicted. I try to go two or three times per week and look forward to it each day. It’s a tough class, but I feel so much better and stronger afterwards! If you’re thinking about trying it out, just do it. You won’t regret it!

I love; I Love kickboxing in Queensbury, New York! The instructors are always happy and ready to put you to work! They help to push you so you can achieve your goals and make a better life style for yourself. I signed up to have a membership after my first class because I knew this is the kind of workout I have always been looking for. I have been with them for almost a month now and I love it and I am excited to continue my journey with them at I Love Kickboxing!

Even though we have to do Burpees, I totally enjoy coming to class. One day, I will get my coordination together for all the steps, but, practice makes perfect. Definitely a way for me to change up my workout routine.
