This site has the most dedicated instructors who motivate you to be a better you! The facility is clean which is a plus. And the workouts are killer!!! And addicting!! I love it!

I signed up for kickboxing after seeing many of my friends post about how much they loved it on Facebook. My first day I was a little nervous because I didn’t know anyone, but I was immediately welcomed and everyone was so kind, and I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a year. I can honestly say that it is worth it, and I actually enjoy going to class and working out; the instructors are so motivating and class is actually fun. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to work out!

I recently joined ILK in Winchester. I love it!!! The staff is amazing and pushes you to your limit!! The center itself is very clean and well maintained. I didn't know anyone else in my class, but at the end of the first class(and every class after) you feel welcome and like you are part of something. This is designed for any body size and shape which is even more amazing. The staff and other members do recognize you for your progress and you leave at the end feeling very sweaty and successful. I would recommend to anyone, ever. I honestly feel at home here!!!!!

I have always wanted to try kickboxing and commit to some kind of workout. I love kickboxing of Bellmore is amazing. The staff is awesome and made me feel so comfortable from day 1. They give me the guidance, training, positive reinforcement and the direction I need to learn the moves and feel confident on the mat. I look forward to working out and having some laughs with my fit fam and would highly recommend this location!

I absolutely love ILKB!!! My son and I are taking classes together. The staff and students are amazing!!! The studio is clean and well kept!!! Class prices are very reasonable!!! Staff is all about helping us with our fitness goals... They've been fabulous with helping me obtain my goals. I love coming to class!!! High energy and everyones wonderful!!! I miss my kb classes back home a lot... but being a part of the ILKB fit fam... has helped some!!! I truly feel like ILKB is family!!!

ILKB Saugus, MA! iLoveKickboxing is truly the best workout experience I've ever come across, in more ways than one. The instructors are knowledgable, talented, and incredibly generous with their expertise and energy. The workout itself is a real heart pumper, very hard work, but very, very rewarding. The welcoming environment makes the studio a wonderful, completely judgement-free place to transform yourself and reach and create new goals. No one is a stranger; from the second they walk in the door, new members are welcomed into the "fit fam." You'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to work out in the Boston area.

This place is one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. Not only do I get to workout physically, but it's been a great way for me to cleasr my head and let go of stress. The staff are wonderful and the place is full of high energy to help pump you up for every workout. They really help motivate you and the positive energy and feedback makes you want to come back for more.

I love kickboxing, Florence, Ky I love this place! The workouts are high energy and FUN!!! You actually have so much fun that you don’t realize you are working out.
