I've never been so pleased with a fitness class. The employees are so personable, the people joining you in class are friendly. They teach you form and technique instead of putting you in front of a bag and letting you go. It really is a fit family. I'm so incredibly happy I've found this place. It's definitely making me fall in love with fitness for once. Everyone should really try it at least once!

Ilovekickboxing is an intense workout, and I enjoyed every second of it. I am amazed at ilovekickboxing alignment. First, the facility is clean and organize. Then, the instructors are very motivated to help their customer to reach their goals. Every class they bring in a positive attitude to encourage ourselves to finish strong in every phase of the workout. It is inspiring how much time they put in and their knowledge that willing to share. As a result, the members are continually pushing their selves to reach their goals. Every time I step in the facilities, I can feel the energetic atmosphere. To sum up, I recommend being a part of the ilovekickboxing community.
