Instructors care that you’re actually doing it right, and they’re super observant on every little movement. I got down things I’ve never done before right away because of such amazing help from you guys :). The franchise is clean and orderly, and has an amazing vibe. Definitely will be coming back.

10/10 recommend, friendly team and a great workout. You will definitely see results within a week!

I joined ILKB Lakewood Boat pic is my before and the two others are my after. The six week challenge offered at ILLB changed my life. I am so grateful to have found a place and happy to recommend the wonderful staff I have interacted with here. Nutrition, accountability and support are all rolled up in to this beautiful community. I love their attention to detail. The realize we are busy people showing up to do the best for ourselves. Simple things like hair ties and spray on deodorant are in the bathroom simple things like this are game changers after a long day of work making it in on time to realize you have to try to tie your hair in a knot because of no hair tie. Lol my point is it is evident the staff cares and are just as invested in your success as you are. With Covid being a thing I love how this staff and community require face coverings and clean equipment between every class including the floor that is about the entire size of the gym. I chose kickboxing because I was scared of it and had no idea where to start.

I joined the Glen Allen 6 week challenge, this has been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I lost weight, lowered my BMI and the diet was manageable. Continuing with a monthly membership, motivated to lose more weight💜

I absolutely love kickboxing class. I enjoy the work out tremendously. It keeps me motivated. I love the ab workout most definitely can feel the burn. I suggest you join the 6-week challenge just to see if you would like to become a member.

The ILKB studio in Woodridge is absolutely exceptional! The coaches really motivate you to do your best and to have a fun and great workout. Going to workout here is my favorite part of the day!

Warm up, Streching, bag round, cooldown. They make you do all these in just 45 mins. Really enjoy my experience here! Workouts are fun and challenging.

I am SO happy I chose ILKB for my kickboxing/health journey. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and has never made me feel judged or uncomfortable with my level of experience when it comes to physical fitness. I started kickboxing in October of 2019, and now I'm feeling more confident and comfortable in my own skin. The Midlothian location where I take my classes offers several times that make it way easier for people on a tight schedule to get their sweat on! The classes start from as early as 6 a.m. and go to 8 p.m. a few nights out of the week. If you check in on Facebook using their "hashtag of the month," you get a free bottle of water (which you will definitely need) every single class. Also when you check in using the hashtag, your check-in goes to benefit a program ILKB is supporting that particular month. This month, the hashtag is #givebooks; every five check-ins provide a book to a child in Uganda. Every instructor here is absolutely amazing- they are so supportive with my health goals. I've also made many friends by coming regularly to classes. I can't recommend ILKB enough.
