The classes and instructors here are amazing! The workouts are not only challenging, but extremely fun because of the environment the instructors create, the music, and the diversity in combinations and moves. My fiance and I joined two months ago and already have experienced a significant increase in energy and muscle definition. Our wedding is in 7 months so we chose I Love Kickboxing to be our wedding body builder of choice! We love it!

I love working out here! ILKB DEWITT, NY is one of my favorite places! The workouts are hard (as they should be) And the coaches are all amazing and feel more like encouraging (and incredibly ripped) friends!

The classes are intense but they are fun and you do burn a lot of calorie in the process. The instructors are very nice and will help you out if you need it. One of the best ways to start and end my day!

I Love Kickboxing Lakeland is the best! The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The class is challenging and gives you a great full body workout.
